This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description As our Enterprise Applications Administrator, you'll be the person who brings order to a fast-moving SaaS environment, and who builds the automated, AI-governed systems that keep it that way. This isn't a "keep the lights on" IT role. You'll own our identity infrastructure, rationalize our application landscape, and build the intake processes that govern how AI tools spread across the organization. If you're someone who reaches for automation before manual process, who cares as much about how a system scales as whether it works today, and who's genuinely curious about AI governance, you'll thrive here. Key Responsibilities - Identity & Access - Own our IdP (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID): SCIM provisioning, deprovisioning, SAML/OIDC configurations, and periodic access reviews - Drive SSO consolidation — audit shadow IT, rationalize our app landscape, and get everything under centralized identity - AI Tool Governance - Build and run an AI tool intake and approval process that evaluates new tools before they proliferate across the org - Define governance guardrails that enable innovation without creating security or compliance gaps - Automation & Integration - Automate IT workflows across our core stack: HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Databricks, and others - Build scalable provisioning/deprovisioning flows using scripting (Python, PowerShell) or no-code platforms (Workato, Zapier) - SaaS Operations - Implement a SaaS management platform for spend visibility and access governance - Serve as the primary escalation point for application-related incidents and vendor coordination - Compliance - Support SOC 2 evidence collection and maintain access control documentation - Partner with Security and Engineering to keep controls audit-ready Qualifications - 3–6 years in IT systems, enterprise applications, or SaaS operations - Hands-on experience with Okta or Microsoft Entra ID (SAML, OIDC, SCIM provisioning) - Automation fluency (scripting in Python or PowerShell), or experience with no-code workflow tools (Workato, Zapier) - Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks - Genuine curiosity about AI tools; you use them, evaluate them, and think critically about governance - Strong cross-functional communicator comfortable working with Engineering, Security, and business teams - Terraform or IaC for SaaS configuration management - Administration experience with Jira, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Databricks - Exposure to SaaS management platforms (Torii, BetterCloud, Zylo) Benefits - AI-First Product Culture - Our eNPS is +68! (Google it, that is great) - Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision kick in day one - Unlimited PTO (with a requirement for employees to take a minimum of one continuous week per year) - 401K with Company Match - Remote Flexible - come to the office when needed - Great parental leave benefits - Named on Inc 5000 list of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies (2021 - 2024) - Named on Inc 5000 Vet 100 Private Companies list multiple years in a row - 2021 Winner of Coastal Entrepreneur Award, Technology Category - Active employee-led Culture Committee - Ongoing industry and professional development trainings available to all employees - We're playing offense to win! Our product market fit and our world-class employees make us the leader in our space. We're building something cool and people like it here!
