Role Description The Clinical Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology provides dynamic leadership and oversight of MeBe’s Speech and Language Therapy department across all markets. This role ensures clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of speech-language services. About What You'll Work On - Strategic Leadership and Program Development - Provide strategic direction and leadership for MeBe’s Speech-Language Pathology department, ensuring alignment with company mission, goals, and values. - Develop and implement best practices, departmental policies, and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality, compliant, and evidence-based care. - Lead cross-departmental initiatives promoting multidisciplinary collaboration across ABA, OT, and Speech services. - Partner with Senior Leadership and Regional Directors to drive growth of Speech services within existing and new markets. - Stay current with industry trends, research, and innovations to continuously enhance service offerings and client outcomes. - Clinical Quality and Compliance - Oversee the quality assurance and clinical integrity of speech-language programs across regions, including clinical observations and fidelity checklists for all SLP staff. - Ensure adherence to licensure, accreditation, and regulatory standards in all service states (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA). - Partner with the Senior Director of Clinical Quality to monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvement plans as needed. - Maintain a caseload averaging 15 direct clinical hours per week, ensuring personal practice remains current and evidence-based. *May increase/decrease based on company need. - Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation for assigned clients. - Mentorship, Training, and Team Development - Lead onboarding, coaching, and professional development for all Speech-Language Pathologists across the organization. - Conduct regular trainings, CE events, and clinical roundtables to advance team knowledge and promote best practices. - Collaborate with OT/ABA internal trainers and clinical leaders to deliver quarterly multidisciplinary educational content. - Provide clinical consultation for complex cases and treatment planning. - Promote a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability within the clinical team through individualized 1-on-1 and group meetings. - Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support recruitment and retention of high-quality speech-language providers. - Manage oversight of Clinical Fellowship programs and ensure proper documentation. - Operational Excellence and Collaboration - Partner with Regional Directors and Operations to ensure staffing, scheduling, and caseload management align with company standards and productivity goals. - Collaborate with Business Development and Family Success teams to support client conversion and retention. - Engage in community outreach to promote MeBe’s multidisciplinary services. Qualifications - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. - Current state licensure and CCC-SLP credential. - Must reside and hold licensure in one of the following states: (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA). - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. - Minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience preferred. - Demonstrated leadership experience in a management or supervisory capacity. - Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapy practices and interventions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards. - Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams in a remote and collaborative environment. Role Description MeBe is seeking a Scheduler to join our rapidly growing learning center team! Under the supervision of the Scheduling Manager and with collaboration with other off-site operations teams, this critical role provides the operational and administrative support to our learning centers. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in California. What You’ll Do - Oversee scheduling processes of your assigned region(s). - Manage schedules for all MeBe’s clients and services including but not limited to ongoing scheduled services, assessments, makeups, cancellations, sub-sessions etc. - Maximize client authorizations, alongside optimizing providers' open availability to maintain efficient usage of both clients’ authorizations and providers' availability. - Complete morning cancellation process by taking call outs and scheduling coverage. - Assist with the production and delivery of ongoing reports related to scheduling and fulfillment of scheduled services. - Approve hourly employee time cards and reconcile differences as assigned. - Provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with clients and team members, and manage center phone system. - Field calls for potential clients, and pass to FSL team. - For current clients that wish to enroll in additional services (after school ABA/SLP, OT etc), gather information and send to our Family Success Team. - Manage the upkeep of MeBe’s EHR system, CentralReach, by ensuring staff and client records are up to date, timesheets are completed, and staff corrections are completed in a timely manner. - Work collaboratively with other MeBe Operational teams remotely as needed, such as IT, Authorizations, and Intake. Qualifications - Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX or VA - no exceptions. - Strong preference for candidates licensed in AZ. - Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. - At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes. - Demonstrated competence delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely. - At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs. - Prior experience supervising RBTs or BTs across multiple sites or virtual teams. - Active BCBA certification (Required). - Ability to pass a background check (Required). - Must be willing to work until 6 PM in designated time zones. - Ability to work flexible hours across time zones as needed. - Strong communication skills. - Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate. - Professional demeanor. • Oversee scheduling processes of your assigned region(s) • Manage schedules for all MeBe’s clients and services including but not limited to ongoing scheduled services, assessments, makeups, cancellations, sub-sessions etc. • Maximize client authorizations, alongside optimizing providers' open availability to maintain efficient usage of both clients’ authorizations and providers' availability. • Complete morning cancellation process by taking call outs and scheduling coverage • Assist with the production and delivery of ongoing reports related to scheduling and fulfillment of scheduled services • Approve hourly employee time cards and reconcile differences as assigned • Provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with clients and team members, and manage center phone system • Field calls for potential clients, and pass to FSL team • For current clients that wish to enroll in additional services (after school ABA/SLP, OT etc), gather information and send to our Family Success Team • Manage the upkeep of MeBe’s EHR system, CentralReach, by ensuring staff and client records are up to date, timesheets are completed, and staff corrections are completed in a timely manner • Work collaboratively with other MeBe Operational teams remotely as needed, such as IT, Authorizations, and Intake
