Role Description The Clinical Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology provides dynamic leadership and oversight of MeBe’s Speech and Language Therapy department across all markets. Qualifications - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. - Current state licensure and CCC-SLP credential. - Must reside and hold licensure in one of the following states: (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA). - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. - Minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience preferred. - Demonstrated leadership experience in a management or supervisory capacity. - Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapy practices and interventions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards. - Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams in a remote and collaborative environment. Role Description MeBe is seeking a Scheduler to join our rapidly growing learning center team! Under the supervision of the Scheduling Manager and with collaboration with other off-site operations teams, this critical role provides the operational and administrative support to our learning centers. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in California. • Oversee scheduling processes of your assigned region(s) • Manage schedules for all MeBe’s clients and services including but not limited to ongoing scheduled services, assessments, makeups, cancellations, sub-sessions etc. • Maximize client authorizations, alongside optimizing providers' open availability to maintain efficient usage of both clients’ authorizations and providers' availability. • Complete morning cancellation process by taking call outs and scheduling coverage • Assist with the production and delivery of ongoing reports related to scheduling and fulfillment of scheduled services • Approve hourly employee time cards and reconcile differences as assigned • Provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with clients and team members, and manage center phone system • Field calls for potential clients, and pass to FSL team • For current clients that wish to enroll in additional services (after school ABA/SLP, OT etc), gather information and send to our Family Success Team • Manage the upkeep of MeBe’s EHR system, CentralReach, by ensuring staff and client records are up to date, timesheets are completed, and staff corrections are completed in a timely manner • Work collaboratively with other MeBe Operational teams remotely as needed, such as IT, Authorizations, and Intake
