• Communicates with key Google Nest retail partner accounts to ensure all program elements are running smoothly. • Coordinates collaboratively with Google Strategic Partner Managers and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and drive issue resolutions as they arise. • Prepares and shares account plans and regular updates with the partnerships team on key account progress. • Manage the assigned territory footprint by building and strengthening relationships and partnership with partner’s local, regional and national leaders. • Partners to develop project plans, leads all communications including project kick off, brief intake, planning budgets, and project scope. • Develops and guides the creation of executive summary and insights reports for both client and internal teams. • Plan and execute medium to larger scale training and sales initiatives across partner accounts in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams. • Leads medium and large training sessions and webinars to educate partners on product features, value propositions, and sales techniques. • Oversight of training platform and module development and implementation. • Manage projects that could include high profile meetings, program asset development, campaign management, and other initiatives through third parties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail and/or DIY home improvement channel: deep understanding of the retail brick and mortar space, with a focus on consumer electronics, is preferred.
  • Project or account management: experience with overseeing projects and managing key customer accounts and programs to ensure the delivery of services, account health, customer experiences, training, and sales growth.
  • Experience in developing status documents, critical paths, budget trackers, and project plans is essential.
  • Experience working closely with clients, internal departments across seniority levels, peers, and third parties to achieve mutual success.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ideal experience working with Artificial Intelligence platforms to enhance and improve work and experiences.
  • Experience in analyzing data, deriving insights, and driving change (Excel, gSheets, Tableau, Salesforce or other CRM, etc.).
  • Experience with hardware products; Google Nest or other home automation technologies, is a plus.
