Job Title: Program Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a diverse team across multiple functional areas for a U.S. Navy customer located in Norfolk, VA and Pearl Harbor, HI. The Program Manager will oversee a CACI team in various geographic areas and can be accomplished either at a CACI site or remotely. Responsibilities: - Specific responsibilities include supporting government senior managers in diverse information technology programs (including maintenance data systems, cyber security, and logistics analysis) that are critical to mission accomplishment and support to the surface ship fleet. - The Program Manager will lead the various CACI functional teams and will include applying knowledge and experience in supporting: -Navy Logistics and Supply Chain Management -Navy Maintenance Processes -Cyber Security/Information Assurance Processes -Business Process Re-Engineering - The Program Manager will lead CACI teams and provide program management in the following areas: Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) support, technical support, lifecycle management, technical analysis, IA support, SME support, financial analysis, logistics analysis and strategic analysis - Required knowledge and skills in the following areas: - Manages all aspects of the program from strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, performance measures/metrics and management. - Execute contracts that have encompassed multiple task orders. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or other related scientific or technical discipline - 6+ years of recent Program Management experience related to IT systems - Working knowledge of the government (DoN or equivalent) budget process as it applies to Information Technology and specific experience working with Program/Budget Information System (IT (PBIS-IT) (or equivalent DoD) - Proven experience as a Financial Analyst demonstrated through the positions held - Experience documenting business processes, developing process guides and training material in support of Information Systems - Progressive project related experience is required. Minimum of 3+years of specialized experience that includes complete engineering project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated capability in the management and control of funds and resources and the ability to manage multi-task contracts - Experience interacting with senior-level government managers - Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex program and individual project issues - Current DOD secret security clearance is required to qualify - Ideal candidate would have the above qualifications and background supporting U.S. Navy/other DOD organizations and has DOD domain experience such as someone who has supported Navy Fleet units or supporting MSC programs.
