• Responsible for leading the successful completion and coordination of the Americas Supply Chain program (group of related projects) in sync with company strategy • Manage projects horizontally and ensure that cross-project work remains feasible from business standpoint • Manage the strategic selection, prioritization, and sequencing of projects • Plan and define project scope with input from Supply Chain Director and VP including identifying and determining project outcomes, critical success pathways, and appropriate parameters including projected budget and initial risk assessment • Manage total supply chain integration efforts (sourcing, operations, and materials) • Lead project coordination, including materials sourcing, test production runs within material and budgetary requirements • Establish and define project teams, set project tasks/goal for assigned operational projects to include materials and production conversions, manufacturing relocations, and other operational objectives
Job Requirements
- Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in Project Engineering, Project Management, or a combination thereof in the field of supply chain; vendor management or logistics; or strategic sourcing and procurement
- 7 years of experience leading concurrent projects with at least 18 stakeholders and 6 cross-functional departments, or managing a program of interrelated projects
- 7 years of experience with supply chain, including one of the following: sourcing, operations and manufacturing, material management and planning, packaging for consumer products, resource planning, full cycle project management against pre-defined deliverables, budget, manufacturing capabilities, or fee negotiation
- 7 years of experience with strategic planning and execution, including strategic selection, prioritization, and sequencing of projects to align with company strategy
- 7 years of project management experience leading and coordinating projects from inception to completion, including technology discovery, product commercialization, and managing operational projects, including materials and production conversions and manufacturing relocations
- 6 years of experience working with at least two teams to establish standards and systems, and ensuring communication and integration across the program
- 5 years of experience with risk management and change management, including evaluating program-level risks, leading the change management process, and developing strategies for risk mitigation and organizational change
- 5 years of experience implementing program or project management process improvements
- 5 years of experience with data analysis, including utilizing data for supply chain operations and financial decision-making
- Must have a Project Manager Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
- Must have a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications (C3C)/Kessel Run division. Kessel Run is an Air Force unit that delivers resilient command and control and targeting software capabilities that provide warfighters with decision advantage. Under the Department of the Air Force Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communication, and Battle Management (DAF PEO C3BM), Kessel Run technologies make up the DAF BATTLE NETWORK, the systems-of-systems designed to help the Joint Force make operational decisions faster than our adversaries. The Division architects and acquires the means to connect weapon systems with warfighters and decision makers to enable the warfighter to win against the pacing challenge in an era of great power competition. This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA, but it does have the ability to be worked remotely.
