Visit us here to learn more about ​Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: - You’ll lead, create, and complete responses to RFQs/SOQs/RFPs/RFIs from start to finish - You’ll create schedules, outlines, and writing templates for all pursuits within defined area of supervision - You’ll lead the development of proposals and work in coordination with identified technical Subject Matter Experts to gather content for use in proposals - You’ll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns - You’ll perform training of junior staff in relation to proposals, setting the department up for success - You’ll be accountable for timely submission of compliant and compelling proposals - You’ll identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency - Other duties and tasks as assigned - Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours. - With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience may be substituted - Minimum six (6) years within the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) or similar industry, with a proven track record in proposal or pursuit management - Minimum six (6) years’ experience in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation, data management, and presentations - Minimum three (3) years’ experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Microsoft teams, or other project collaboration platforms - Minimum three (3) years’ experience in technical skills for creating proposals, marketing collateral, and other pursuit-related materials BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Experience with InDesign is highly preferred, with additional familiarity in Photoshop and Illustrator - Familiarity with CRM systems or proposal management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Deltek, Cosential) - Strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple proposals/tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones) with minimal supervision - Expertise in proposal-related activities: qualifications, proposals, presentations - Grasp of technical skills required for database management - Professional and proactive work ethic - Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment - Excellent written, oral and communication skills - Demonstrated graphic design capabilities $65,000 - $120,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Role Description Reporting to the National Pursuit Manager, the Sr. Marketing/Proposal Coordinator will work collaboratively within the Marketing Department dedicated to a specified region. This position reports directly to the National Pursuit Manager. Creates brand awareness through advertising and qualifications packages. Works independently to prepare proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and proposals. Oversees the quality control of the proposal process. Serves as a leader for the Regional Marketing/Proposal Coordinator team and works collaboratively to meet personal and team proposal deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Outlook is essential. Candidates with experience in the A/E/C industry will be given priority.
