Manager of M&A Delivery The Manager of M&A Delivery will lead diligence and integration workstreams with the LaunchPad M&A offering. This is a hands-on role focused on operational diligence and the development and execution of functional integration plans. This position will assess target operations, identify risks and opportunities, and create practical plans to combine teams, processes, and systems across Finance, Operations, IT, and HR. This role reports to the M&A Practice Lead. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, risks, and required decisions throughout diligence and integration; seek ongoing feedback from clients/stakeholder/cross-functional teams to measure overall project expectations. - Lead defined diligence workstreams (Finance, Commercial, Operations, IT, HR) and deliver clear, decision-ready findings on time and on budget. - Build and maintain financial and operational models to estimate synergies and support valuation and negotiation materials. - Create and oversee functional integration plans (tasks, owners, timelines, risk tracking) and operationalize PMO dashboards and trackers. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies, ensure alignment across workstreams, and provide timely status updates to the Integration PMO and client sponsors. - Identify practical quick wins and near-term synergy opportunities; develop recommendations and support client teams with execution. - Facilitate client workshops and onsite sessions during high-intensity diligence phases and early integration weeks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. - Preferred 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or Big Four transaction services, including at least 2 years directly working on deals or integrations. - Practical experience translating diligence insights into integration plans that operational teams can execute. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate/present complex topics into clear messages for clients. - Highly motivated, results oriented, and collaborative team player. - High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities. - Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Available to travel 25% to 50% within the United States. alliant offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including 100% employer paid medical/dental premiums for single coverage for certain options, 401(k) matching, PTO, company provided life insurance and disability, and more!
