Role Description - Manages Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology, including system integration, data accuracy, performance dashboards, and reporting. - Oversees maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control to minimize downtime and maximize asset life. - Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to improve operational efficiency and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. - Develops budgets for maintenance, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and manages capital planning/investment decisions. - Leads, trains, and supervises technical staff, while collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Facilities, and Engineering. - Develops and implements comprehensive asset management policies, procedures, and long-term, risk-based maintenance strategies.
