Client Partner
Infios
• Own and achieve annual professional services bookings quota • Originate, pursue, and close professional services opportunities across assigned accounts and territories • Sell implementation, upgrade, and post-go-live enhancement services for Infios solutions • Operate as a field-based seller, engaging directly with client executives • Develop and manage a services sales pipeline • Collaborate with Account Executives where services are sold alongside software • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, risk alignment • Lead development and negotiation of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives throughout the services sales cycle • Support smooth handoffs to delivery teams following deal close.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling professional services for enterprise software or consulting organizations
- Proven track record of owning and closing professional services booking quotas
- Experience selling large, complex professional services engagements to senior executives and C-suite buyers
- Strong ability to independently build, forecast, and close a services sales pipeline
- Demonstrated success in a field sales environment requiring significant travel
- Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: Experience with supply chain, logistics, or ERP software (WMS, TMS, OMS, etc.)
- Familiarity with global or near-shore delivery models.
