Job Description
Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager
Sanas
About the role We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who can translate cutting-edge speech AI innovation into meaningful business value. This person will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales — ensuring our products are positioned clearly, competitively, and compellingly in the market. As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, you’ll define how Sanas’s products are presented to the world — from positioning and messaging to launches, enablement, and content strategy. You’ll be expected to build a depth of technical understanding that earns credibility across product, engineering, and customer teams, and use it to tell stories that connect deeply with every audience we serve. You’ll thoroughly understand how our models, architecture, and APIs function under the hood, and transform that knowledge into clear, credible narratives that bridge technical precision with business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, product-led environments — a marketer fluent in both the language of engineers and the motivations of customers. What you'll do Product Positioning & Messaging - Develop and continually refine differentiated positioning for Sanas’ core products and services — Accent Translation, Noise Cancellation, Language Translation, SDK and more. - Translate complex technical concepts into value-based narratives for enterprise, developer, and consumer audiences. - Partner with Brand and Product to shape product naming, taxonomy, and tiering across a growing ecosystem. - Ensure all messaging reinforces Sanas’s category leadership in Speech AI and aligns with brand voice. Go-to-Market & Launch Leadership - Orchestrate product launches and feature releases from strategy through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams. - Own the GTM playbook for each product line — including launch planning, messaging frameworks, and enablement. - Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content Marketing & Creative teams to ensure GTM assets (web, video, white papers, decks, case studies) reflect current product capabilities and customer outcomes. - Conduct competitive analysis and win/loss reviews to inform positioning and differentiation. Technical Expertise & Translation - Develop expert-level understanding of Sanas’ speech models, SDKs, and integration capabilities, including latency, accuracy, and performance trade-offs. - Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap updates into market-ready narratives. - Create technical enablement materials — battlecards, solution briefs, architecture diagrams, FAQs — for internal and external use. - Support developer relations and enterprise architects in ensuring documentation and onboarding content align with market positioning. Sales & Customer Enablement - Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, demos, and collateral that communicate value and differentiation. - Develop scalable enablement tools — pitch decks, sell-sheets, demo scripts, case studies — to drive adoption and retention. - Support GTM teams in customer conversations, RFPs, and partner integrations where technical clarity and positioning are key. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in product marketing, including 3+ years in a technical PMM or solutions-marketing role. - Proven success launching and positioning complex, technical products in AI, SaaS, or developer ecosystems. - Deep technical understanding of AI, ML, speech processing, or API-based platforms, with the ability to explain architecture and model performance to non-technical audiences. - Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, translating technical detail into strategic narrative. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales in fast-paced environments. - Strong project-management and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple GTM initiatives simultaneously. - Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the marketing process and a willingness to continuously explore new AI capabilities.
