Senior Manager – Implementation Success

New Classrooms

• Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools • Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementing strategies • Manage 10-20 single-school accounts • Provide hands-on support to key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success • Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions in collaboration with instructional and professional learning teams to strengthen implementation quality • Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field
  • Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus
  • Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner
  • Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role
  • Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
