• Champion a quality-first culture across engineering, product, and support teams • Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) • Collaborate with engineers and the Program Success team to identify, log, analyze, triage, and drive resolution of defects • Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation • Mentor other members of the QA team through collaboration and knowledge sharing • Contribute to existing automated and manual test suites for frontend and backend services • Ensure test suite quality through code reviews and maintaining clean automation scripts • Incorporate AI tools into your testing practice • Perform a range of quality testing types including functional, integration, regression, UI, device, performance, accessibility, and end-to-end (E2E) testing

• Build and own financial and operating models that inform pricing, demand, revenue strategy, and long-term planning • Generate insights from financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve performance • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario planning and variance analysis • Work with the CEO and VP of Development to determine short- and long-term fundraising needs, develop grant budgets, and manage expenditures against grants • Partner cross-functionally with program, development, and sales teams to align on priorities, track performance, and support execution • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Board • Evaluate new programs, partnerships, and growth opportunities through financial modeling and ROI analysis

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Development and across other departments to refine proposal ideas and project budgets • Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals and reports, including compiling requested attachments, and proofreading content. • Draft letters of inquiry and other materials for donor cultivation. • Track the execution of all grant-related milestones, coordinating with various departments to ensure milestones are met • Manage reporting process for current grants, including tracking deadlines, writing narrative reports, working with members of the Program team to report on project activities, and coordinating with the Finance team to track grant expenditures. • Identify funding opportunities and institutional prospects at the national, local, and federal level, create succinct research summaries, and communicate your findings to the team. • Track current and prospective funder touch points and develop and execute cultivation strategies to move these opportunities forward, including drafting strategic donor communications for a variety of audiences • Keep track of the giving strategy for major institutions and continually assess for strategic alignment • Collaborate with the Vice President to prepare for and attend donor-facing meetings for current and prospective donors as needed • Support the Vice President in managing the portfolio of current foundation support, especially in communications with grant officers • Manage gift processing, including entering information into Salesforce and facilitating timely donor acknowledgement. • Support the Development team’s use of Salesforce, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate, producing reportings, and helping to manage CEO’s funder relationships in the database. • Compile organizational information to share with the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis • Work with the Development team to plan and execute national and local events (open houses, strategy sessions, funder breakfasts, learning symposiums, etc.) • Partner on special projects with the Development team and CEO

• Set and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with company goals, product vision, and roadmap. • Proven depth in leading software engineering and delivery functions. • Lead, mentor, and manage four direct reports: Director of Engineering, Director of Quality Assurance, Director of IT/Cybersecurity, and Director of Development Operations. • Build and sustain a high-performing, remote-first engineering culture. • Establish clear technical standards, architectural principles, and best practices across teams. • Drive deliberate improvement in delivery frequency through operational process improvements. • Provide executive-level technical leadership for a fullstack platform. • Oversee system architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. • Drive continuous improvement of a complex, production-grade CI/CD pipeline. • Enable technical execution of the data warehouse and BI initiative.

• Build, enhance and maintain financial models, forecasts and financial reports • Identify critical questions to be asked, thinking proactively about the data and analysis needed to guide strategic decision-making • Create and maintain financial reports in various systems to ensure quick and accurate data reporting and analysis • Analyze and interpret financial data to advise and support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives • Utilize financial modeling and analytical tools to recommend, measure, and forecast the impact of various business decisions and scenarios • Track, investigate and resolve variances between financial projections and actual results • Present findings and/or recommendations in a meaningful format to support strategic decision-making • Work with the CEO and VP of Development to determine short- and long-term fundraising needs • Collaborate with sales team to perform activity-based and other costing analyses to determine the cost of products and services offered, and develop / evaluate pricing strategies • Interface with fundraising, business development, and sales teams to manage revenue targets and track progress against goals • Track trends and provide meaningful insights through various performance metrics • Create institutional grant budgets and manage organizational expenditures against budgets • Work in concert with accounting colleagues to ensure consistency of data collection, tagging and reporting • Evaluate current and historical financial data and analyze financial viability of new program opportunities and operating models • Provide financial information for the Board of Directors and for grant proposals as required • Identify and recommend programs to assist the organization with their financial needs / relief e.g. PPP loan, federal funding etc.

• Lead Teach to One’s positioning, messaging architecture, and audience-specific talk tracks • Translate product strategy, product roadmap, and customer needs into clear differentiation • Run ongoing customer, market, and competitive discovery, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations • Manage the customer advisory council • Own the evidence and proof stack, grounded in real customer results • Lead go-to-market planning and customer-facing launches for new features/offers • Partner with Sales to create and continuously improve sales enablement • Oversee Teach to One channel activation across website, email, social, SEO/SEM, and events • Collaborate with Sales and Program Success to develop campaigns and collateral

• Oversee HR strategy and operations for a fully remote organization • Manage payroll, employee benefits, personnel policies, legal compliance • Ensure positive and supportive culture and experience for all employees • Serve as the core of New Classrooms HR • Design and execute on a vision for HR policies and processes

• Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools • Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementing strategies • Manage 10-20 single-school accounts • Provide hands-on support to key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success • Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions in collaboration with instructional and professional learning teams to strengthen implementation quality • Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals

• Identify new opportunities for growth, build strategic partnerships and expand the reach of Teach to One offerings • Proactively prospect, qualify, close, and grow new business • Engage in meaningful strategy with academic leaders to implement solutions that increase student growth and achievement • Demonstrate deep understanding of how Teach to One achieves growth outcomes • Support the development of sales forecasts and targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded • Understand market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs to inform sales & business development strategies • Drive the sales process to ensure a seamless experience for potential school and district partners from initial contact through implementation • Identify local funding opportunities to support initial sales efforts, bringing together funders and customers in successful new deals • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing school partners to renew and expand partnerships across the territory • Engage in high-level conversations with decision-makers at the local, state, and national levels to promote Teach to One math programs • Cooperatively develop and manage large-scale implementation, including district or network-level partnerships • Work closely with our Marketing, Program Success, and Product Management teams to amplify the voice of the customer and influence program and product strategies
