Ecologi is building a small, trusted network of freelance and permalance designers who collaborate with our in-house studio to communicate climate impact with clarity, credibility and craft. Our work spans brand campaigns, data-led storytelling, impact reporting and digital experiences. As our brand evolves, we’re looking to connect with designers who share our belief that thoughtful design can help accelerate climate action. We’re currently inviting expressions of interest from: - Creative Designers - Infographics & Visual Systems Designers - Specialist Designers (AI-enabled design, motion, video, brand strategy) A brand entering its next chapter Ecologi is currently evolving its brand - refining our typography, colour system and visual language to better express the quality, credibility and impact of our climate work. This next phase focuses on bringing greater consistency, craft and clarity across how Ecologi communicates - from data visualisation and infographics to campaigns and digital experiences. For designers, this creates a rare opportunity: contributing to the ongoing evolution of a trusted climate brand at scale, and helping shape how complex climate impact is communicated with both scientific rigour and visual distinction. 1) Creative Designer (Freelance / Permalance Pool) We’re particularly interested in creative designers who are excited to grow their craft within a purpose-driven studio and, over time, develop into people management roles within a design team. We’re looking for someone with curiosity, ambition and care for others - a designer who enjoys collaboration and is interested in how creative teams work, grow and support each other. Over time, this pathway may include mentoring, coordinating projects and contributing to the culture and direction of Ecologi’s design studio. You might be a great fit if you: - Have 4–6 years’ experience in an agency or in-house design team. If you are even more experienced, that’s great! We are interested in seeing candidates with varying levels of experience - Are motivated by climate, nature or purpose-driven work - Show strong growth mindset and curiosity - Enjoy working with and supporting other people - Are interested in how design teams operate and collaborate - Are open to feedback and eager to develop quickly - Are curious about and are exploring how AI is shaping creative work - Are comfortable contributing across varied design tasks - Must have experience with tools: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva - Nice to have experience with tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro You’ll likely contribute to: - day-to-day brand and marketing design - social and digital content - campaign assets - presentation and report layouts - evolving brand applications We’re especially keen to hear from designers interested in growing towards future studio leadership or people management responsibilities within a creative environment. 2) Infographics & Visual Systems Designer (Freelance / Permalance Pool) Ecologi communicates complex climate impact data across campaigns, reports, digital content and brand storytelling. We’re looking for experienced designers who can elevate how this information is visualised across our brand. This role focuses on crafting a cohesive visual language for data, metrics and explainer graphics - balancing scientific clarity with premium editorial design. We’re looking for designers who can: - Design distinctive, on-brand infographics and data visualisations - Create badge, icon and graphic systems aligned to brand - Translate climate concepts into clear visuals - Build modular graphic systems for reuse at scale - Maintain consistency across multiple touch-points - Are curious about and are exploring how AI is shaping creative work - Elevate existing graphics to match our evolving brand. Ideal experience: - Strong portfolio of infographics or information design - Editorial, report or data-led design background - Brand-sensitive visual systems thinking - High craft and typographic care 3) Specialist Designers (Freelance / Permalance Pool) We also welcome portfolios from designers with expertise in: - AI-enabled design workflows - Motion, video and animation - Brand strategy and identity How we work with our design partners Our freelance / permalance collaborators typically support the studio on specific projects or periods of increased workload. Some partnerships are ongoing; others are project-based. Where there is strong alignment, relationships may grow over time. Role Description Here at Ecologi, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We invest in and develop our talent, and we’re hiring a New Business Manager – Climate Impact on a maternity cover basis within our New Business Development team. You will work closely with the Head of Climate Impact Growth, identifying, engaging and closing new customers, driving new business acquisition and building relationships with prospects exploring climate action. You will be responsible for end-to-end deal cycle management, ensuring a strong pipeline and sustained revenue growth. This role is focused on new business acquisition, combining inbound opportunities with proactive outbound prospecting. Typical Week - Most customers are mid-sized organisations (typically 50+ employees) beginning or scaling their climate strategy. Prospecting & Qualification - Running targeted outbound campaigns into priority sectors. - Following up on engaged contacts generated by marketing. - Managing inbound MQLs and converting them into qualified opportunities. - Hosting discovery calls to understand client climate goals and assess commercial fit. Deal Management & Closing - Managing opportunities through each stage of the sales process — Qualification, Solution Design / Proposal and Close. - Working with industry bodies to build your network and identify new opportunities, in collaboration with Ecologi’s partnerships team. - Developing relationships with priority prospects and stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions. Relationship Development - Building trusted relationships with newly acquired clients to support expansion opportunities. - Maintaining strong partnerships with clients who align with Ecologi’s climate impact mission. Requirements - Remote, with access to offices in London & Bristol. - We’re looking for candidates within a 2 hour travelling distance of London to meet clients when needed. - 12 month contract. - Salary: 40k + OTE. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Unit leaders, site managers, and functional teams, aligning change initiatives with manufacturing and business priorities. • Collaborate with the Highlander team in simplifying points of contact, improving clarity on local priorities and explaining core model deployment • Lead and support change management efforts related to process improvements and the ERP implementations, notably for MRP and sales & operational planning • Conduct business impact assessments, readiness analyses, and stakeholder mapping across production sites, sales offices and central functions. • Assess training needs and coordinate training delivery • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations. • Identify resistance and risks to adoption across various business units and develop practical strategies to address them. • Collaborate with local operational teams to coordinate integrated change activities. • Promote continuous improvement culture by embedding new behaviours, tools, and mindsets at all levels of the organization. • Track and report business change readiness, identifying gaps and proposing mitigating actions.
