• Process payroll for multiple entities • Assist in reconciling payroll accounts along with required journal entries • Support monthly close, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and other reporting • Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts • Process accounts receivable billing • Prepare invoices and post payments to customers’ accounts • Prepare reports and follow up on delinquent accounts • Support vendor data uploads into internal database and related reconciliations and follow ups • Assist in process and technology improvements and initiatives • Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures • Other jobs & duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting
- 3-5 years experience in Accounting
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Detail oriented
- Highly analytical and strong data gathering skills
- Competency with Accounting and Financial Reporting & Analysis software packages
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines consistently
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
