To learn more about us, visit www.impact-advisors.com Job Overview As a Workday HCM Consultant you’ll deliver Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Workday’s seamless Human Capital Suite. You’ll be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will assist clients with their HR challenges through the implementation and optimization of Workday. Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation - Ensure the successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support - Stay ahead of the curve on the latest Workday HCM features and functionality, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues - Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills Qualifications - 2+ years experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Workday HCM solutions with one or more of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and/or Talent. - Strong experience in leading and shaping the future of human capital management, including strategic planning and solution design. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical challenges. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change. - A passion for technology and a desire to drive digital transformation for clients, coupled with a strong business acumen. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience. - Workday certification preferred.
