In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and communicate Oracle Fusion project strategies, plans and processes which include leading large-scale Oracle implementations and managing client relationships. You will work with client implementation teams at major healthcare organizations to ensure that implementations are fully staffed and timelines are met. You’ll foster excellent communications, strong teamwork, and customer service so that the organization(s) you support can deliver world-class patient care. Responsibilities - Lead projects from inception to delivery. With at least 8 years of successful Oracle Fusion program leadership in your background, you know it takes focus, prioritization and ability to build consensus to deliver exceptional results. - Manage medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - Develop new business within the project, identify new business elsewhere in the client environment and assist with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Direct multiple implementations and cross-functional teams with hands on experience implementing at least one Oracle Fusion module. - Contribute knowledge gained through other healthcare vendor knowledge, certifications and/or credentials. - Travel as necessary to client sites to perform required tasks. - Interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects. - Healthcare implementation leadership experience is required. - 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and foster accountability of cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams. - Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices. - Proven experience developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in at least one Oracle Fusion module. At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $175,000 - $220,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. In this role, you will be instrumental in owning enterprise standards adoption, cross-health-system coordination, third-party vendor alignment, revenue cycle protection, clinical safety governance, and end-to-end delivery execution across all clinical, financial, technical and operational domains. Prevent redesign churn by governing scope change through formal executive change control. - Deliver and baseline the integrated EHR Transition Project Plan including timelines, staffing models, RACI, migration roadmap, cutover plan, and stabilization strategy. Track all milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with executive-level transparency. Ensure infrastructure, security, build, testing, training, and go-live readiness milestones are met. - Own the full data migration lifecycle including scope definition, mock migrations, validation cycles, reconciliation processes, and final cutover execution. Lead the design and execution of the comprehensive Cutover Plan covering MRN conversion, census re-banding, pharmacy med-rec, interfaces, downtime/uptime recovery, and charge conversion. - Establish and operate the Revenue Integrity Command Center for go-live stabilization. - Monitor DNFB, charge lag, interface failures, late charges, and cash-flow risk. - Lead clinical safety controls including Blood Bank, Lab, and Pharmacy executive validation checkpoints. - Build and maintain the third-party application and interface inventory. - Execute vendor readiness plans and enforce contractual milestone compliance. - Ensure all third-party vendors complete dress rehearsals and go-live readiness attestations. - Ensure training environments are ready and adoption targets (≥80% trained pre-go-live) are achieved. - Coordinate operational backfill strategies to protect SME availability. - Lead go-live +30 and +60 day stabilization milestones for revenue and clinical safety. - Deliver final executive readiness and stabilization sign-off packages. The Area Service Manager is responsible for the oversight of assigned preventative maintenance, specialized services and national programs. Utilize BI data to drive actionable results for efficient expense and capital spend. * Conduct field site visits to evaluate service levels for preventative maintenance, specialized services, national programs, property condition assessments, compliance audits, feedback from Franchisees and operations, reviewing and auditing service providers, etc. * Represent the Facilities department in meetings and site visits with Operations, Franchisees, and other key stakeholders to review strategic outlook and tactical execution of services. * Management of truck and technician inventory to include tools, parts, and other company equipment. *Review and approve work from Direct Service Providers in accordance with DOA. *Auditing of 3rd party invoices to include travel, parts, and generalized repairs. * Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. * Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management.
