Quality Consultant
Veeva Systems Inc
• Review and analyze existing Customer business processes and identify key process steps, gaps, and requirements that would impact the implementation approach • Partner with customer SMEs and business leaders to translate requirements into solutions that solve business problems and support the needs of the Customer • Provide consulting on Quality best practices and overall solutions based on requirements • Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and Quality product • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer • Build, test, and deploy configuration changes to live environments • Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between the project team, customer, and other internal stakeholders • Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementing Quality Systems, understanding of Quality Management processes, GMP Systems ownership, or Software Consulting
- Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor
- Experience implementing software systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designs
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare spaces
- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
