Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Epic Clarity and Caboodle Developer/Administrator to join our team of healthcare technology professionals. In this role, you’ll serve as both a technical expert and trusted advisor leading system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-quality analytics solutions that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading peers, share new ideas, and make a meaningful impact across healthcare organizations nationwide. - Lead and oversee a team delivering enhancements, support requests, and break-fixes within defined SLAs. - Monitor and maintain Clarity/Caboodle systems for performance, stability, and data integrity. - Implement and manage data quality, security, and compliance processes. - Administer ETL workflows and manage custom table creation, extracts, and schema changes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and end users. - Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer environments. - Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Chronicles. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights. - Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. - Lead daily scrums and status reporting with leadership and project teams. Qualifications - Epic Certifications: Active in Epic Clarity and Caboodle (required). - 3+ years working with Epic Clarity/Caboodle (enhancements, break-fixes, and support). - 5+ years of experience with documentation, change management, and technical operations. - Proven success in performance optimization, data warehouse management, and ETL process oversight. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a consulting environment. Requirements - Travel is based on client needs and typically between 25-50% per engagement; however, it can be up to 75%. Benefits - The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 and may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. - Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
