Role Description Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Oracle Fusion Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and communicate Oracle Fusion project strategies, plans and processes which include leading large-scale Oracle implementations and managing client relationships. You will work with client implementation teams at major healthcare organizations to ensure that implementations are fully staffed and timelines are met. You’ll foster excellent communications, strong teamwork, and customer service so that the organization(s) you support can deliver world-class patient care. - Lead projects from inception to delivery. - Manage medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - Develop new business within the project, identify new business elsewhere in the client environment and assist with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Direct multiple implementations and cross-functional teams with hands on experience implementing at least one Oracle Fusion module. - Contribute knowledge gained through other healthcare vendor knowledge, certifications and/or credentials. - Travel as necessary to client sites to perform required tasks. - Interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects. - Healthcare implementation leadership experience is required. - 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and foster accountability of cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams. - Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices. - Proven experience developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in at least one Oracle Fusion module. Requirements - At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. - This role has a salary range of $175,000 - $220,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. - For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. - Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects.

JerseySTEM provides free after school STEM classes to underserved middle school girls in grades 5-8. We partner with the Girls Who Code organization to create a club in every site we operate. The Girls Who Code partnership manager is responsible for: - Developing the partnership with Girls Who Code - Administratively managing the creation of clubs in the JerseySTEM 18 clubs in the fall and 27 in the spring This is a virtual position that supports in-person STEM enrichment programs for middle school girls/kids and needs to be available from 3 pm-5 pm (Wednesday or Thursday) at least one weekday over a 12-week period of time. Responsibilities - Engage with the Club Advisors in the various sites in New Jersey - Fill in the online forms to enter the roster and create the clubs online - Notify the Club Advisors that the club is created - Enter roster in the Girls Who Code HQ platform - Order marketing supplies, place Amazon orders - Follow up with Girls Who Code Qualifications - Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap - Ability to establish and maintain connections with school personnel - Ability to connect/communicate with the partner organization, Girls Who Code - Resourceful, can-do attitude - Experience with K-12 schools as a parent, former student, or as an admin/educator - Comfort working in a ‘virtual organization’ with digital tools (G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Salesforce) - Would be a plus if candidate has a flexible schedule to allow for daytime calls with the school admins during the work week Requirements - 6 hours weekly - 6 months minimum
