Commercial Operations Program Manager

Two Chairs

• Own and evolve Two Chairs’ commercial operating foundation across systems, data, and go-to-market workflows • Translate commercial strategy into scalable execution by designing, administering, and continuously improving the tools, processes, and measurements that power payer, provider, and member growth • Ensure that go-to-market motions are operationally sound, measurable end-to-end, and aligned with clinical capacity and business priorities • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Analytics • Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce (Sales Cloud) • Administer and optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, lifecycle management, and nurture programs • Define and maintain MQL → SQL → pipeline → member start mappings • Own website operations and CMS updates (Webflow) to support faster, controlled GTM launches

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Marketing Ops
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (certification strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience (preferred)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation, outbound, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to design systems that reflect real business processes
  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating complex GTM needs into practical execution
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, health plans, or B2B2C business models

JerseySTEM provides free after school STEM classes to underserved middle school girls in grades 5-8. We partner with the Girls Who Code organization to create a club in every site we operate. The Girls Who Code partnership manager is responsible for: - Developing the partnership with Girls Who Code - Administratively managing the creation of clubs in the JerseySTEM 18 clubs in the fall and 27 in the spring This is a virtual position that supports in-person STEM enrichment programs for middle school girls/kids and needs to be available from 3 pm-5 pm (Wednesday or Thursday) at least one weekday over a 12-week period of time. Responsibilities - Engage with the Club Advisors in the various sites in New Jersey - Fill in the online forms to enter the roster and create the clubs online - Notify the Club Advisors that the club is created - Enter roster in the Girls Who Code HQ platform - Order marketing supplies, place Amazon orders - Follow up with Girls Who Code Qualifications - Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap - Ability to establish and maintain connections with school personnel - Ability to connect/communicate with the partner organization, Girls Who Code - Resourceful, can-do attitude - Experience with K-12 schools as a parent, former student, or as an admin/educator - Comfort working in a ‘virtual organization’ with digital tools (G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Salesforce) - Would be a plus if candidate has a flexible schedule to allow for daytime calls with the school admins during the work week Requirements - 6 hours weekly - 6 months minimum

Role Description The Program Manager - Joint Ventures (SBA Mentor-Protégé) supports QGS’s small business partnership and growth strategy by leading the governance, compliance coordination, and performance oversight of SBA Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) joint ventures. This role works across business development, capture, contracting, and delivery to help identify and qualify JV opportunities, align partners on pursuit priorities, and ensure joint venture requirements are met so awarded work is set up for successful execution in federal environments. - Coordinate joint venture governance, including operating cadence, meeting documentation, decision tracking, and adherence to joint venture agreements. - Serve as a central point of coordination between QGS stakeholders and joint venture partners to align roles, responsibilities, communications, and deliverables. - Support compliance with SBA Mentor-Protégé and joint venture requirements and associated federal contracting expectations; partner with Legal/Compliance on documentation and recordkeeping. - Support capture and proposal teams by verifying joint venture eligibility, coordinating required partner inputs, and ensuring teaming documentation is current and consistent. - Partner with Business Development/Commercial Excellence to support the JV go-to-market approach, including opportunity sourcing, qualification, pipeline reviews, and pursuit prioritization with JV partners. - Support customer and partner engagement activities (industry days, matchmaking events, small business outreach, and teaming discussions) to expand the JV’s network and position the JV for upcoming opportunities. - Coordinate development and maintenance of JV capability materials (capability statements, past performance narratives, partner resumes, and differentiators) in collaboration with proposal teams, ensuring materials accurately reflect the JV structure and roles. - Coordinate startup and execution readiness for awarded work in partnership with Operations and Project Managers (e.g., project controls setup, partner onboarding, and compliance workflows). - Partner with Finance and Contracts to support compliant contract setup, invoicing coordination, and audit-ready documentation practices as required by the contract. - Track and report joint venture status, issues, and required actions to internal leadership and partner stakeholders; escalate risks early and drive resolution. - Facilitate lessons learned across joint venture pursuits and projects and help standardize repeatable processes for partnership execution. - Represent QGS in joint venture-related client meetings, teaming events, and partner engagements as needed. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in program management with a strong focus on federal government relationships, including significant engagement with the Department of Energy. - Demonstrated experience supporting SBA Mentor-Protégé and/or small business joint venture structures, including partner coordination and compliance-related documentation. - Equivalent combination of education and significant field experience may be considered. - Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with senior-level government officials and internal stakeholders. - Experience working with construction and/or craft labor project management. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience in matrix organizations with functional oversight (Finance, Safety/Quality, HR, Compliance). - Strong knowledge of DOE operations, program expectations, and federal acquisition processes. - Ability to travel regularly to local partner sites, teaming events, conferences, and other locations as needed. - Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, engineering, or a related field required (advanced degree preferred). - PMP or similar certification is a plus (PMP required within 12 months of hire). - Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance; background check required.
