• Key player with month end close 5-day process, and post close reporting, preparing journal entries and reconcilliations • Perform weekly domestic/international accounts payable payment run • Assist with vendor payment relations as needed • Perform all fixed and intangible asset tasks, rollforwards, and reconciliations • Setup all prepaid expense schedules and reconcile related balance sheet accounts • Reconcile inventory, monthly • Compute and file sales and use tax • Prepare other balance sheet reconciliations, including complex analysis • Perform budget/forecast/actuals flux analysis on assigned P&L statements • Assist with annual company domestic and foreign audits • Assist with annual company domestic tax returns • Assist with documentation of internal controls and process improvement • Perform various other month end close responsibilities • Perform and coordinate special projects as directed by management • Performs other duties as assigned

• Perform and review full balance sheet and bank reconciliations across all entities (UK, France, Ireland, UAE). • Support and execute month-end close processes and financial reporting preparation. • Reconcile booking income received against booking platform payouts. • Prepare and post journals, accruals, and adjustments. • Review and manage creditor and debtor balances. • Monitor and investigate variances and discrepancies. • Support VAT and tax-related reporting where required. • Maintain accurate landlord statements and financial records. • Respond to landlord and internal financial queries accurately and professionally. • Support cash flow monitoring and analysis. • Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity within Xero. • Review and improve accounting processes and workflows. • Provide guidance and quality control on work completed by junior finance team members where applicable.

• Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606 • Lead and execute all revenue- and commission-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all revenue, commission, and related accounts, including deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and contract assets • Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors on all revenue-related matters, providing comprehensive documentation, schedules, and explanations • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to streamline and automate revenue accounting processes within the ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) • Collaborate with Finance, Order Operations, and Product teams to set up end-to-end order-to-cash testing for new products, features, and pricing and packaging • Lead ad hoc reporting and project engagements
