• Perform and review full balance sheet and bank reconciliations across all entities (UK, France, Ireland, UAE). • Support and execute month-end close processes and financial reporting preparation. • Reconcile booking income received against booking platform payouts. • Prepare and post journals, accruals, and adjustments. • Review and manage creditor and debtor balances. • Monitor and investigate variances and discrepancies. • Support VAT and tax-related reporting where required. • Maintain accurate landlord statements and financial records. • Respond to landlord and internal financial queries accurately and professionally. • Support cash flow monitoring and analysis. • Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity within Xero. • Review and improve accounting processes and workflows. • Provide guidance and quality control on work completed by junior finance team members where applicable.
• Support the COO in executing the overall pricing strategy and identifying revenue optimisation opportunities. • Apply pricing strategies to newly onboarded properties, ensuring alignment with established pricing models and market-specific approaches. • Monitor portfolio performance at a micro level and adjust rates based on demand, competitor pricing, seasonality, and performance trends. • Analyse booking patterns and revenue performance to support pricing decisions. • Conduct market analysis at multiple levels including country, city, district, and property type. • Perform macro-level portfolio performance reviews to identify trends and variances against forecasts. • Refine pricing strategies using market and performance insights to optimise revenue across the portfolio. • Communicate pricing strategies clearly to Property Managers and Onboarding teams to ensure consistent execution. • Maintain and enhance pricing models to improve granularity, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes. • Build and maintain tools and systems to support pricing implementation, monitoring, and automation.
• Define, implement, and optimize the email marketing and lead nurturing strategy • Plan, write, and optimize email copy for educational, nurturing, and conversion-focused campaigns • Design and structure email templates to maximize engagement and readability • Build and manage automated workflows and sequences (lead nurturing, re-engagement, follow-ups, lost leads) • Segment audiences based on behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage • Ensure email campaigns support business objectives by driving call bookings for the sales team • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions) • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize content, structure, timing, and automation logic • Maintain list health, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and objectives
