Payments Monitoring Specialist

Role Description This role involves monitoring and managing payment traffic in a fast-paced environment. - Monitor real-time payment traffic in shift mode (24/7), handling emergency alerts - Reroute traffic fast and accurately according to instructions and the current state of payment providers - Control the quality of cashier setup across regions - Escalate drops and anomalies on processing traffic to payment providers and respective internal teams to solve the issue - Document changes on the payment provider's side and internal distribution (cashier, including buttons order, providers distribution, on/off, payment flows, etc.) - Deep into the current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, providers' prioritization, etc. - Announce critical changes in payment flow, closed shift report Qualifications - Experience at the same position or in Fintech/PSP (or candidates without experience but with a desire to learn quickly) - English at an Intermediate level - Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user - Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows - Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners - Understanding of payment and transactional systems and services - Experience in working with Grafana and Tableau is a plus Requirements - Attention to details - High level of communication skills - Multitasking, quick task execution - Good team player - Ability to perform own activity without supervision - Ability to communicate with partners independently Core Values - GROWE TOGETHER: Our team is our main asset.
