• Designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch • Collaborating with Software/Test Engineers and Product Managers • Implementing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Playwright framework • Performing in-depth analysis and debugging of automated test failures

• Manage delivery flow in the payments area, from planning to release; • Coordinate work between development, QA, integration teams, and stakeholders; • Plan capacity, distribute tasks, and keep the delivery process moving; • Work with product changes, provider integrations, routing logic, and user payment flow; • Align priorities and adapt plans when business needs change; • Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and estimations clearly; • Support the delivery of complex technical projects where reliability and stable system work are important.

• Work with high-risk and complex KYC cases independently; • Dive into KYC/AML activity, fraud prevention, and enhanced due diligence (EDD); • Analyze customer verification data (IDs, proof of address, payment methods) and identify inconsistencies or manipulation; • Influence risk processes and contribute to continuous improvements; • Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule (09:00 – 18:00, EET); • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Payments, Product).

• Write clean, readable code; • Execute both trivial and non-trivial initiatives; • Take ownership of the received initiative; • Coordinate cross-team interactions within the framework of task work.

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to design effective test cases; • Create and maintain testing documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports); • Execute API testing, perform feature and regression testing on different stages, starting from business requests to full-scale production rollout; • Analyze reasons for the failed test, report issues, take corrective actions; • Participate in process improvements to increase the product's quality and the team's performance.

• Own end-to-end cybersecurity, information security, and IT security across the company, covering both internal security (breach attempts, internal network monitoring) and product security (product-related threats and risks) • Define, evolve, and execute the company-wide cybersecurity strategy and security roadmap aligned with business and product priorities • Establish and enforce security policies, standards, procedures, and organization-wide security controls • Lead security risk management, including risk assessments, risk register ownership, and mitigation planning • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and manage internal/external audits • Oversee secure architecture across cloud infrastructure, applications, SDLC, and IAM, including review of critical architectural decisions • Define and enforce security standards for encryption, key management • Own security operations, including monitoring, detection, response capabilities, and incident response for critical (P0/P1) events • Drive Application Security and DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, CI/CD security controls, threat modeling) in collaboration with engineering teams • Oversee IAM, endpoint, and workforce security, including access control models, EDR strategy, device security, and joiner/mover/leaver processes • Lead fraud prevention, vendor security, and internal/external abuse investigation processes, while managing security KPIs, reporting, budget, and team scaling • Manage a large cybersecurity team, including Cloud Security, SOC, Application Security / DevSecOps, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Information Security functions.

• Support the current functionality and maintain backward compatibility for the releases; • Take part in analyzing tasks, decompose them into sub-tasks, and estimate the development time; • Deliver completed tasks for testing and provide advisory assistance to QAs during testing; • Take part in analyzing and tuning system designs to identify and fix performance bottlenecks; • Identify areas for improvement and add them to tech debt; • Perform merge request cross-review.
