• Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams; • Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each; • Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method; • Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans; • Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams; • Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations; • Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods; • Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g., validation fields, placeholders on forms); • Handle requests from customer support; • Test new payment methods integrations/deployments; • Partner closely with the BI department to build, ensuring data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of critical business metrics.

• Build and own the DevSecOps function (in the security team), defining strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics • Assess the current security posture of applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and development processes • Design and implement security controls across the software development lifecycle • Establish and maintain secure CI/CD practices, including security gates and automated validation processes • Integrate security checks into engineering workflows with a strong focus on automation and developer experience • Build and operate vulnerability management processes, including triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting • Define and implement cloud security standards, guardrails, and best practices across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments • Design and enforce Kubernetes and container security controls, including RBAC, secrets management, network segmentation, and runtime protection • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code security standards and policy-as-code controls • Integrate security logs and events into SIEM to support monitoring, threat detection, and incident response • Create security standards, technical guidelines, and operational procedures for Engineering and Platform teams • Support security incident investigations related to cloud, infrastructure, CI/CD, application vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, and supply-chain threats.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery; • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams; • Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management; • Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services; • Take ownership of proactively improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service; • Track and manage key performance metrics, including: Uptime Rate, Development Deviation (normal deviation), Defect Detection Rate, Error Monitoring, Delivery Rate; • Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables; • Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders; • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team: processes, communication, and delivery practices.
• Provide L1–L2 technical support for end users in a corporate environment; • Maintain and monitor office IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, and peripheral devices; • Install, configure, and support Windows and MacOS operating systems; • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues; • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, patching, and preventive support activities; • Handle support tickets, communicate with users, and ensure timely issue resolution according to SLA requirements; • Support endpoint security processes, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management; • Assist with procurement, setup, and replacement of IT equipment; • Perform basic system administration tasks and support infrastructure services such as Active Directory, SCCM, and VPN; • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary; • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth and stable IT operations.
• Analyze player behavior across the full funnel to translate findings into actionable product recommendations; • Design, run, interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments; • Build and maintain cohort-based analyses to support product and investment decisions; • Define, validate, and monitor product KPIs and metric trees; • Partner with product managers to prioritize the roadmap; • Develop self-service dashboards and data sources; • Investigate anomalies in key metrics; • Maintain culture of rigorous, honest analytics; • Own web analytics implementation and data quality.
