• Manage, coach, and motivate Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets • Own team quota attainment and weekly forecasting accuracy • Drive disciplined sales execution using defined sales stages, CRM hygiene, and activity standards • Participate directly in key deals, including discovery, proposal development, and executive-level negotiations • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance coaching • Partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure strong lead flow and customer handoffs • Provide feedback to Leadership on messaging, pricing, product-market fit, and competitive dynamics • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives as the team scales
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a people management role
- Proven success selling complex solutions with long sales cycles, ideally into government or regulated markets
- Demonstrated ability to coach reps to quota attainment
- Strong forecasting, CRM discipline, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Experience selling in GovTech industry

• Deliver engaging, high-quality customer experiences in both mobile and fixed retail environments. • Educate customers on ALSO vehicles, features, and benefits, guiding them through demo rides and early purchase consideration. • Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales. • Share customer feedback and insights with the Market Manager to improve execution and experiences. • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and local activation events, including driving the custom Rivian EV van to/from events. • Safely operate and maintain the local demo fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, and customer-ready. • Represent ALSO at community events, pop-ups, and partner activations. • Support daily retail hub operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and general upkeep. • Deliver best-in-class customer service and demonstrate active selling skills. • Help create a welcoming, on-brand environment that reflects ALSO’s premium and playful ethos. • Follow operational, safety, and compliance processes as directed by the Market Manager and/or Market Coordinator.
• You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for net-new logo acquisition and high-velocity expansion. • You manage coverage, pipeline quality, and conversion discipline with extreme ownership. • Minimum 2+ net new meetings and 1+ qualified net new opportunity per rep, per week. • Pipeline is generated by the reps, not outsourced to marketing or SDRs. • Weekly structured deal reviews to inspect deals for use case alignment, economic buyer access, and implementation feasibility. • Provide live deal coaching and call reviews, showing reps what to do. • Proactive talent mapping and a continuous recruiting motion to upgrade the team over time.
