Role Description The Install Operations Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of our HVAC installation process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple moving parts daily to ensure seamless operations and world-class customer satisfaction. - Work Location: Fully Remote. - Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm CST (Candidates in PST or MST time zones are strongly encouraged to apply, as this schedule aligns perfectly with traditional afternoon/evening shifts in those regions). - Weekend Rotation: One (1) weekend shift per month is required to support seasonal demand and continuity of service. - Travel Requirements: Requires up to 2 weeks of in-person training at our Topeka, KS location (travel/lodging provided). Occasional travel for team meetings, site visits, or additional training may be required up to four times (4x) per year. - Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. Qualifications - Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or high-volume administrative roles. - Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation processes is strongly preferred.
