Who You Are: - A Systems Thinker: You see the big picture of how different tools (demos, AI, CMS, CRM) integrate to create one coherent, frictionless user experience. - Product-Led Mindset: You believe the best way to sell software is to let people use it. You’re obsessed with lowering the barrier to entry for product understanding. - AI-Native: You don't just use AI; you build with it. Experience using LLMs to enhance digital journeys is mandatory. - Commercial & Analytical: You aren't satisfied with "traffic" or "page views." You live for conversion lift, pipeline influence, and experiment velocity. - Independent Driver: You are a high-output self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor. In this role, you own the full lifecycle—from architecting the high-level strategy to executing the technical work yourself. You don't need a team to report to you to get things done; you are the engine. Must Have Skills: - 6–10 years in digital experience, web product management, or growth marketing - Proven track record of owning a website roadmap tied to measurable outcomes - Some experience with interactive demo platforms (e.g., Peel, Navattic, Walnut) and AI qualification tools (e.g., 1Mind). - Deep fluency in AI automation (Claude, ChatGPT) for content and experience creation. - A structured discipline for experimentation and CRO. - Experience in B2B SaaS (specifically the IT space is a major plus). Interview Process: At Syncro we believe in transparency and providing candidates with as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision during your job search. Below are the steps of the interview process you can expect: - Initial Zoom call with HR - Hiring Manager Interview - CRO Interview Presentation Interview We value the opportunity to meet our potential team members face-to-face; therefore, a live, in-person interview is a required final step before an offer is extended. Please note that this will include travel at Syncro's expense to do so. To ensure the integrity of our team, all successful candidates will also undergo a thorough background and identity screening during the onboarding process. AI Usage Policy for Interviews: We encourage candidates to use AI tools to help prepare for interviews, whether that means practicing responses, researching our company, or refining your resume. That said, during live interviews, we expect all answers and interactions to come directly from you without real-time help from AI or other tools. We are not looking for perfect answers. We are looking for honest insights, real experiences, and genuine communication so we can fairly and accurately get to know you.
