• Manage the overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions, with a focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients across multiple industries (e.g., brokerage, traditional finance, fintech, blockchain, registered investment advisors). • Set ambitious growth targets and ensure alignment with company objectives. • Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading and tokenization platforms. • Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts. • Serve as a thought leader in the tokenization and trading space, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. • Use market insights to shape the product and sales strategy and position the company as a leader in the space. • Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market efforts. • Provide valuable feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and enhancements. • Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure. • Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, legal, and technical teams to manage complex deal structures. • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and credibility. • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results. • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success. • Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of sales efforts, analyze sales trends, and optimize the sales pipeline. • Regularly report progress to senior leadership, including the CRO and CEO, on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful brokerage or trading business.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets.
  • Strong network of institutional clients and a proven ability to develop new business.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
