Insider One

• As an Account Director, you will be responsible for renewals and stakeholder management. • You will work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and you will be the primary contact of the executives. Your primary responsibility will be driving renewal, creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities, contract terms including price negotiations, and managing high-level stakeholders through all account bases. Your daily responsibilities will include sponsor nurturing, discovering all stakeholders and their needs to be matched with Insider product suites, Business Reviews, renewal processes, contract negotiations.

• Define the *why*, *when*, and *what* of the products our engineering team builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch. • Build a product and strategy that reflects **Insider One’s vision**, clearly articulating business value to align the team around each release. • Own and optimize the **release process**, coordinating all activities to successfully bring products to market. • Identify opportunities, drive product decisions, and turn insights into actionable ideas by continuously tracking market insights, customer needs, product analytics, and emerging technologies. • Define and analyze key **product metrics** to measure performance, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.

• Work with Insider One global offices to continually improve their partnership practices, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership • Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider One global offices and for the Insider One Partner Network • Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider One among channel partners’ clients • Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider One: Sales, Marketing, and the Partner Success Team • Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider One Partner Program

• You’ll be the face of Insider One to our clients! You’ll be the bridge between their needs and our technology. • Help our clients understand their needs and which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations. • Make sure our clients are utilizing our technology at its best so that we can fully provide them our world-class service. • You’ll monitor and facilitate the customer's adoption of our technology. • Work with our data-geeks (a.k.a. engineers and developers) and product specialists whenever it’s required to make sure the client has full tech support, if necessary. • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to boost the value we’re looking to add to our clients’ organization. • Proactively provide constant feedback to your team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact on our partnership with our client. • Establish a trusted advisor relationship that ensures our customer's overall satisfaction with our services and technology. • Plan strategies to help the customers meet their objectives, prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues. • Use AI-powered development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow to improve how you design, implement, test, debug, document, review, and ship software. • Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Experimenting with emerging AI development approaches and helping the team adopt practical, high-impact engineering workflows. • Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively. • Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration, high performance, continuous learning, and responsible experimentation. • Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their technical skills and improve their modern engineering practices. • Monitoring and optimizing key system and product performance metrics.

• Owns the technical direction of frontend architecture across Vue.js applications running on 600M+ devices monthly in 25+ regions • Designs and evolves our Micro Frontend Architecture • Develops and maintains state-of-the-art web applications with a user-centric approach using Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex) • Writes reusable, well-tested code and creates/maintains scalable components • Leads technical decision-making — writes RFCs, drives architectural reviews, and sets frontend standards across teams • Improves the performance, scalability, and availability of our systems • Troubleshoots interface software and debugs application code • Leads, manages, and grows a team of frontend engineers — owning 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, and goal setting • Mentors engineers across seniority levels and coaches them on both technical and career growth • Fosters a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous learning within the team • Identifies skill gaps, creates development plans, and advocates for promotions and recognition • Participates in hiring — interviews candidates, contributes to technical assessments, and helps grow the team • Plans and prioritizes the team's roadmap in alignment with product and business goals; mentors sprint planning, backlog grooming, and capacity allocation • Tracks team health metrics (velocity, quality, on-call load, engagement) and acts on them • Represents the frontend team to senior leadership, communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders • Drives cross-team alignment with product managers, designers, backend leads, QA, and SRE

• Develops programs, applications, and websites using PHP (Laravel) together with Vue.js or native JavaScript • Improves the performance, scalability, and availability of our systems • Develops cutting-edge web applications with a user-centric approach • Troubleshoots issues as they arise and proactively anticipates and addresses potential problems • Collaborates with co-developers and other relevant departments to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver world-class results • Provides regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders • Evaluates and takes on tasks based on resolution priority and the company’s broader vision and goals

• design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models, • build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs, • design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation), • collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features, • monitor the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production, • provide technical leadership and drive the necessary infrastructure or architectural changes.
