• Owns the technical direction of frontend architecture across Vue.js applications running on 600M+ devices monthly in 25+ regions • Designs and evolves our Micro Frontend Architecture • Develops and maintains state-of-the-art web applications with a user-centric approach using Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex) • Writes reusable, well-tested code and creates/maintains scalable components • Leads technical decision-making — writes RFCs, drives architectural reviews, and sets frontend standards across teams • Improves the performance, scalability, and availability of our systems • Troubleshoots interface software and debugs application code • Leads, manages, and grows a team of frontend engineers — owning 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, and goal setting • Mentors engineers across seniority levels and coaches them on both technical and career growth • Fosters a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous learning within the team • Identifies skill gaps, creates development plans, and advocates for promotions and recognition • Participates in hiring — interviews candidates, contributes to technical assessments, and helps grow the team • Plans and prioritizes the team's roadmap in alignment with product and business goals; mentors sprint planning, backlog grooming, and capacity allocation • Tracks team health metrics (velocity, quality, on-call load, engagement) and acts on them • Represents the frontend team to senior leadership, communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders • Drives cross-team alignment with product managers, designers, backend leads, QA, and SRE

• Develops programs, applications, and websites using PHP (Laravel) together with Vue.js or native JavaScript • Improves the performance, scalability, and availability of our systems • Develops cutting-edge web applications with a user-centric approach • Troubleshoots issues as they arise and proactively anticipates and addresses potential problems • Collaborates with co-developers and other relevant departments to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver world-class results • Provides regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders • Evaluates and takes on tasks based on resolution priority and the company’s broader vision and goals

• design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models, • build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs, • design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation), • collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features, • monitor the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production, • provide technical leadership and drive the necessary infrastructure or architectural changes.

• is responsible for Insider One's technological well-being and has a lasting and profound impact on the development lifecycle, • leads all phases of distribution operations, including the development and automation of solutions for site availability, • develops internal solutions and applies best practices to further improve and automate site reliability, • supports and develops continuous delivery and integration practices in collaboration with our development team, • improves communication between development and operations teams, and corrects errors in previous stages of development, • creates analytical tools to provide actionable insights into application performance, efficiency, and quality, • analyzes and organizes in-depth code reviews to dynamically improve applications and ensure projects are completed on time, • keeps our core and revenue-critical services and applications fast, stable, reliable, and accessible, and scales and protects our platform cloud infrastructure.

• Design, build and release real-time decisioning systems that learn from interaction feedback at scale. • Own the modeling logic from how we represent users and signals to how reward attribution closes the loop and improves the next interaction. • Move ideas from papers and notebook prototypes including online learning policies and counterfactual estimators to production code that runs behind real-time APIs. • Design and build resilient streaming/batch pipelines that feed user state, reward signals, and offline replay. • Run honest experiments, A/B test what you ship, design offline evaluation for what you cannot, and kill your own work. when it doesn’t outperform against the baseline. • Continuously monitor and improve the quality, latency, observability, and scalability of the systems. • Collaborate across platform and product teams to turn research-grade ideas into production-grade products. • Share context, mentor engineers, raise the technical bar of the team, and help set direction for how we do ML at scale.

• Develop a deep understanding in Martech domain to qualify prospect's goals and requirements effectively articulate Insider One's value offering • Engage with prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during the pre-sales process • Contribute to the sales strategy connecting prospect's requirements and desires with Insider One platform and products • Craft personalised demos and presentations, and pitch them to business and technical audience • Take the lead of internal coordination for responding the technical parts of RFIs/RFPs • Maintain awareness of product roadmap and new features, share the market insights with Product Management Team • Take the responsibility for handing the new clients over to Insider One Customer Success Team for smooth onboarding experience • Help sales team to create personalized decks & use cases when required and requested

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services built primarily in Go - writing code alongside the team and sharing best practices through your day-to-day work, • Guiding and mentoring a small team of engineers in their day-to-day work and career growth, • Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively, • Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance, • Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics.

• Participate in the entire project life cycle, from product development and release to maintenance, • Research, evaluate, and share existing and upcoming new technologies with the team, • Provide communication with Product Managers, Designers, Teammates, and co-working teams to write efficient code, • Produce new ideas to develop new features/setups or to improve existing applications and processes, develop POC applications when necessary to show ideas, • Work closely with Back-End Developers to communicate with APIs, • Provide control of error channels to keep product quality at the highest level, • Write code in a reusable, manageable, scalable way, • Responsible for the maintenance and performance of new features in the Front-end, • Aim to maintain the highest standards of code quality and information sharing through daily code reviews.
