Role Description The Junior Project Controls Invoice Review Specialist professional is responsible for supporting invoice reviews across capital and operational projects. The OCM Consultant will lead the change strategy and user adoption efforts for the implementation of an automated, web-based Travel Management System (TMS) built on SAP Concur for a Federal Client. The OCM Consultant will ensure a smooth transition to a modernized, integrated TMS that preserves the client’s structured approval processes while improving automation, compliance, and traveler experience. This role is critical to achieving enterprise-wide adoption across diverse traveler populations and maintaining operational continuity during system replacement.
