We're looking for a Director of Product who wants to drive execution and delivery on what comes next. This is a hands-on role driving execution and delivery across our digital health platform. You'll own critical product initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with engineering, clinical, operations, and growth teams. It's a player-coach position that demands deep day-to-day involvement alongside strategic input and mentorship. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own end-to-end product development for key initiatives, from ideation through launch and iteration - Break down complex projects into development-ready epics and user stories in collaboration with engineering - Drive predictable delivery by managing scope, timelines, and resources across cross-functional teams - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure teams stay unblocked and aligned - Ship high-quality product features that directly impact member experience and business outcomes CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION - Partner closely with the Director of Engineering to sequence work and make trade-off decisions - Collaborate with clinical, operations, growth, and member experience teams to gather requirements and validate solutions - Facilitate alignment across departments on product priorities and roadmap sequencing - Communicate product status, blockers, and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders PRODUCT STRATEGY & PLANNING - Contribute to quarterly and annual product planning processes - Develop business cases for new product initiatives using data, customer insights, and competitive analysis - Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives and track performance post-launch - Identify opportunities to improve membership unit economics, including activation, engagement, retention, and churn CUSTOMER MARKET & FOCUS - Deeply understand member needs, pain points, and behaviors through research, data analysis, and direct customer interaction - Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on digital health and health tech trends - Leverage insights from the member journey to inform product decisions and prioritization - Partner with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and validate product hypotheses OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Implement and maintain product management best practices, processes, and rituals - Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure clear tracking of product outcomes - Optimize workflows to maximize team velocity and impact - Identify and resolve friction points across the member lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, renewal) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2-3 years in senior product roles - Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or adjacent regulated industries (e.g., wellness, telemedicine, consumer health) - Proven track record of shipping successful products from 0-1 or through significant growth phases - Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams - Experience working in startup or high-growth environments with limited resources - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid prioritization changesPassion for improving health outcomes through technology NICE TO HAVES - Experience managing 1-2 direct reports (product managers or designers) - Familiarity with health data standards, clinical systems, or regulated software (HIPAA, FHIR, HITRUST) - Background in subscription business models, membership platforms, or consumer health products - Experience with agile/scrum methodologies - Analytics or behavioral science background - Experience managing contractors or external design/development partner WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary and equity incentive - Remote working environment with occasional travel for team gatherings  - Company provided computer and other required equipment - Generous benefits package including Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Complimentary Lifeforce Membership for Full Time Employees - Opportunity to shape product strategy and grow with the company $190,000 - $230,000 a year Based on Experience We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
