Role Description Sun strong is searching for a Digital Product Manager to lead an agile team responsible for building and optimizing software that powers Sunstrong’s Customer Operations ecosystem. The Digital Product Manager will partner closely with technology and operations to design and deliver tools that enable core customer support functions, including: - IVR optimization - Billing platforms - Customer communication workflows - Agentforce enhancements - Inbound/outbound campaign management - Contact center operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer operations technology, billing systems, data management, and customer communication strategies. Experience supporting or deploying solutions related to: - Call routing - Collections workflows - CRM/contact center integrations - Agent desktop tools The role requires comfort working in a data-driven environment, including the ability to perform hands-on data analysis to drive prioritization and improve customer experience outcomes. The Digital Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for the Customer Operations software team. About the Job We’re looking for a Principal PM, Identity to own and scale our account-linking and authentication infrastructure, powering secure connections between user wallets, exchanges, and financial accounts. This includes the end-to-end systems that enable permissioned access, credential verification, data sharing, and the trust and risk tooling that underpins our entire connectivity layer. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core Auth product area, working at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance, security, and partner operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our authentication and linking systems are reliable, secure, developer-friendly, and optimized for conversion across geographies and partner types. This is a high-impact role where you will shape a critical piece of infrastructure that enables seamless onboarding, unlocks new integrations, and supports global expansion of our crypto and stablecoin platform. This is a fully remote position, strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of east coast time (US).
