• Create an effective and comprehensive SEO strategy focused on driving growth in traffic and conversions (long-term and short-term) • Perform market competitiveness analysis, SEO trends, best practices and competitor analysis • Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, optimization and identify target keywords • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize and create SEO contents • Analyse opportunities and gaps in content strategy, constitute content plans, and lead content teams to create high quality and effective Seo contents to improve rankings/metrics • Develop off-page optimization strategy and implement link building strategy • Conduct technical audits, analyse technical SEO issues and identify opportunities for improving site structure, load speeds, mobile optimization etc • Set KPIs/goals, track key performance indicators, report metrics and take actions to improve performance
• Assist the Regional Operations Director in daily operations • Manage tasks related to data gathering, reporting, and brand strategy • Oversee social media accounts (where applicable) • Engage with customers and maintain marketing campaigns • Organize game lobby and conduct competitor analysis • Verify high-risk player accounts to ensure compliance and account security
• Design and implement robust, scalable data architecture to support the collection, storage, and processing of large volumes of igaming and customer data • Build and maintain efficient ETL and ELT processes to ensure seamless data ingestion from multiple sources into our data lake, DWH, and final consumers • Create and maintain well-structured data models that ensure accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance for analytical use cases following Kimball best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data across systems, with several types of integration as API, Kafka, DB extractions, Webscrapping, Email, etc. • Develop and manage real-time data pipelines using streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka) to support time-sensitive use cases • Enforce data governance policies and best practices, ensuring high standards for data quality, security, and regulatory compliance • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines, queries, and infrastructure for speed, efficiency, and reliability • Support and expand production-grade orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow • Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability for data pipelines and systems using tools like Elementary, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data projects using Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions, ensuring streamlined deployment and testing processes • Follow best practices in Git-based version control and work collaboratively in a modern DevOps environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance player conversion, retention, and reactivation, maximizing player lifetime value across the brand portfolio • Own and manage the roadmap for Casino and Player Engagement products, including Promotion tools, Bonus engine, Automation products, and Gamification products, ensuring alignment with stakeholders • Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to prioritize tasks, define epics and user stories, and focus on delivering the highest-value features • Maintain a transparent and well-communicated product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams • Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Establish and oversee development goals, ensuring continuous improvement in team capabilities over time • Lead agile product development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product releases • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and innovative tools that enhance automation throughout the player journey • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Player Engagement and Casino products, leveraging customer data to identify trends and areas for optimization • Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, and Bonuses, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Accounting Record and review accounting entries to ensure accuracy and timely posting across all entities. • Perform reconciliations for banks, intercompany accounts, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger accounts. • Maintain accounting schedules and provide supporting documentation for month-end close. • Support the timely completion of month-end closing activities, including accruals, adjustments, journals, and reconciliations. • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet schedules) for internal/third-party review. • Review supplier invoices for correct accounting treatment and VAT coding. • Ensure proper accounting for service-company invoices (management fees, recharges, cost allocations). • Support the preparation of annual financial statements by compiling schedules and supporting reports. • Ensure the accounting system remains clean, structured, and aligned with group policies. • Collaborate with PSP/Provider reconciliation staff to ensure accurate monthly revenue and fee recognition. • Coordinate with local tax advisors in different countries to ensure timely filing of VAT/GST, corporate tax, and statutory accounts. • Ensure that all required filings and compliance deadlines across jurisdictions are met. • Prepare and submit mandatory financial reports to regulators and licensing bodies across different jurisdictions. • Prepare audit-ready files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents. • Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during year-end group audits. • Participate in the development and implementation of internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
