Senior Customer Success Manager

UVeye

• Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering deep, value-driven relationships with clients to maximize engagement and long-term retention. • Educate customers on how to effectively integrate UVeye into their workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization. • Consistently demonstrate measurable ROI by consulting customers on business improvements, leveraging UVeye solutions. • Provide insights on best practices, industry trends, and data-driven recommendations to help customers optimize performance. • Identify business challenges and opportunities to maximize the impact of UVeye’s solutions for each client. • Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities for customers to adopt additional UVeye products and services. • Analyze account performance, usage metrics, and engagement trends to guide customers in achieving their objectives. • Support junior CSMs by providing guidance, best practices, and assisting in complex customer scenarios. • Contribute to refining Customer Success processes, play a role in internal initiatives, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for customer needs. • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working within a dealership, gaining firsthand exposure to daily fixed and variable operations.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and upsell expansion.
  • Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.
  • Commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to customer success.
  • Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior CSMs.
  • Superior organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ideally live on the West Coast.
