Role Description In this role, you will design and develop automation solutions that improve internal operational workflows and enable teams to work more efficiently. Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience developing solutions using enterprise productivity and automation platforms, including tools such as identity administration systems, collaboration platforms, automation tools, and workflow platforms. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and application development tools, including workflow automation, internal application development, and data visualization tools. - Minimum 1 year of experience integrating third-party applications or APIs with enterprise platforms. - Minimum 2 years of experience with scripting or development, using languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, HTML, or similar technologies. - Experience using modern development environments such as Visual Studio Code or similar tools. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently design and implement automation solutions. Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $43.27 to $48.08 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
