Position Location: Chandler, AZ Position: Cloud Platform Engineer Job Duties: - Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructure solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as GKE, BigQuery, and Compute Engine. - Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible to enable repeatable, immutable environment provisioning. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing deployment strategies such as blue/green and canary releases, leveraging tools including Jenkins, CircleCI, and Spinnaker. - Perform workload migrations from on-premises data centers and other cloud environments to GCP, including provisioning target infrastructure and executing low-downtime cutover plans. - Collaborate with client engineering and operations teams to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable and cost-efficient GCP architectures. - Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, security, and availability; troubleshoot and remediate issues across compute, storage, and networking layers. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks to support system deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. - Provide technical support and continuous improvements to existing cloud environments, ensuring compliance with best practices and evolving project requirements. - Position is based out of Chandler, AZ HQ but telecommuting is permitted on case by case basis.
