We’re looking for someone with strong local connections in the travel and hospitality space. You know where to find high-quality private experiences. You understand what feels premium versus what simply looks good online. You likely have relationships with guides, boutique operators, venues or specialist hosts. Your role will be to help us identify and introduce exceptional private travel experiences in your local area. This will be a flexible, part-time, independent contractor position. What You'll Be Responsible For Your primary responsibility is sourcing amazing local experiences in your local region, wherever that may be! You will: - Identify strong local operators and private experiences aligned with our premium positioning - Make introductions to suppliers and help open initial conversations - Provide informed insight into reputation, pricing level and operational setup - Share context on how an experience fits within the local market - Surface opportunities we would not easily discover remotely Where needed, you may also: - Visit shortlisted experiences and complete structured evaluation feedback - Flag potential risks or quality concerns You will not manage day-to-day operations or supplier contracts. Your role is focused on sourcing, introductions and providing an informed local perspective. • Maintaining, enhancing and or developing work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications • Creating functional solution and completing design, build, and test • Developing detailed business process designs and associated documentation • Designing and documenting RICEFW objects, test models and scripts, etc. • Gathering requirements and design solutions to meet these business processes requirements • Working closely with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements • Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts • Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build • Mentoring and training junior team members

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the Coins category • Analyze category performance to understand key levers/drivers and report on critical metrics • Build strong relationships with key sellers and partners • Identify and source relevant and market-leading inventory • Manage eBay's buyer and seller trust metrics • Define a 52-week calendar outlining key retail moments • Work cross-functionally across eBay teams to drive key initiatives

• Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand needs and translate them into sourcing strategies and negotiation plans. • Conduct and lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including opportunity assessments, RFPs, supplier selection, and complex contract negotiations. • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify savings, innovation, and risk mitigation opportunities across Professional Services and related categories. • Apply AI tools and automation to streamline data analysis, supplier management, and contract workflows. • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying sourcing processes and driving measurable efficiency gains. • Build and manage supplier relationships to ensure ongoing value delivery, service quality, and alignment with Airbnb’s diversity and sustainability objectives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Vendor Management to develop clear commercial terms, ensure compliance, and support sound financial outcomes. • Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, offering insights on supplier capabilities, market dynamics, and cost optimization strategies. • Influence vendors and internal partners to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation, while leading complex negotiations and contracts that mitigate risk, enhance accountability, and maximize total cost of ownership.
