• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the Coins category • Analyze category performance to understand key levers/drivers and report on critical metrics • Build strong relationships with key sellers and partners • Identify and source relevant and market-leading inventory • Manage eBay's buyer and seller trust metrics • Define a 52-week calendar outlining key retail moments • Work cross-functionally across eBay teams to drive key initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in an online retail or marketplace environment
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and adapt strategies to meet changing marketplace trends
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with sellers and other industry stakeholders
- Experience influencing & negotiating with external partners
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive category growth and improve the customer experience
