• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of technology solutions across traditional datacenters and public/private cloud platforms • Provide direction to teams and contract labor responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions that meet evolving business requirements • Lead the establishment and maintenance of technology standards, guidelines, work procedures, and schedules for all aspects of solution engineering, with a focus on cloud automation, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices • Build collaborative relationships with the broader architecture leadership community to ensure input into IT strategies and standards • Direct team focus on forward-looking infrastructure initiatives, including cloud transformation roadmaps, vendor capability assessments, and strategic guidance on leveraging cloud-native services to solve business needs • Drive expertise and knowledge in emerging cloud technologies (e.g., serverless, containers, edge computing) with strategic vendors and lead adoption efforts across the organization • Facilitate presentations and briefings on datacenter and cloud infrastructure futures with executive leadership

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide cloud strategy and long-term architecture roadmap. • Design scalable, secure multi-cloud/hybrid architectures (Azure(Primary), AWS, GCP). • Lead cloud migration, modernization, and re-architecture initiatives. • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and vendors to support business objectives. • Implement governance, FinOps, compliance automation, and cloud standards. • Implement Zero-Trust, DR/BCP, and resilience across cloud platforms. • Standardize landing zones, networking, identity, logging, monitoring, and automation. • Enable AI/GenAI workload deployment and cloud data ecosystem optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps. • Oversee cloud risk assessments and third-party vendor evaluations. • Mentor engineers and advise executive leadership on cloud strategy.

• Design, implement, and operate Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online in alignment with enterprise standards. • Act as the technical bridge between Self-Service BI teams and governed Azure Lakehouse backends, enabling secure and reliable analytics solutions. • Configure and manage Power BI Service and Desktop environments, including workspaces, datasets, gateways, refresh schedules, and capacity planning. • Establish and enforce governance, security, and lifecycle management standards across Power Platform solutions, covering access control, privacy, and compliance requirements. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Cloud Data & Analytics services such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, dbt, and CDC frameworks. • Manage identity and access using Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, service principals, and secure data connections. • Monitor platform usage, performance, cost efficiency, and data reliability, proactively identifying optimization opportunities. • Diagnose and resolve platform incidents in collaboration with engineering, governance, and operations teams. • Manage and optimize data refresh cycles to ensure trusted and consistent analytics outputs. • Develop and maintain platform documentation, operational playbooks, and governance guidelines. • Coach and enable self-service BI teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate in agile, international environments (SAFe, Scrum) with cross-functional teams. • Support audits, governance reviews, and enterprise BI compliance initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence across the analytics platform.
