Senior Program Manager

• Provide overall program leadership and management for federal IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. • Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders, contracting officers, and technical teams. • Manage integrated project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. • Oversee modernization efforts, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation, or process improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with federal policies, standards, and contractual requirements. • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical staff, subcontractors, and vendors. • Track performance metrics and deliver regular status reports, briefings, and executive updates. • Support continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and mission outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of federal IT program management experience.
  • 5+ years managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • 2+ years supporting IT modernization efforts, with a preference for AI-enabled enhancements or automation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables in a federal environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting USDA NRCS programs or related USDA initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience working with federal modernization, digital transformation, or data-driven programs (preferred).
