Job Description

Commercial Marketing Program Manager

PROCEPT BioRobotics

• Develop and manage a portfolio of utilization-focused P2P programs including case observations, workshops, labs, roundtables, webinars, and virtual sessions. • Align program offers surgeon proficiency stages, account maturity, and utilization objectives. • Support structured pathways that reinforce best practices and increase surgeon confidence with Aquablation therapy. • Partner with high-volume KOL surgeons to support utilization-focused education and best practice sharing. • Maintain faculty relationships to ensure readiness, continuity, and high-quality educational experiences. • Match faculty to account needs based on clinical and regional dynamics. • Support faculty in developing presentation content, clinical case narratives, and workshop materials aligned to messaging and commercial priorities. • Partner with Utilization Sales to identify program needs tied to account strategy and activation. • Collaborate with Clinical teams to ensure case observation readiness and procedural support. • Work with downstream marketing to ensure content, messaging, and tools are aligned and field ready. • Coordinate with Capital teams as appropriate during the transition from initial training to utilization support. • Work with internal operations, KOL management, and vendors to support logistics and onsite execution. • Support faculty contracting, FMV honoraria, AdvaMed compliance, and Sunshine Act reporting. • Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) capture program participation and engagement accurately. • Track outcomes, surgeon engagement, and utilization signals to inform commercial program investment. • Capture feedback from surgeons, sales, and clinical partners to drive continuous improvement • Provide visibility to commercial leadership on program performance and account maturity trends.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field
  • 8+ years in commercial healthcare, clinical training, or healthcare marketing.
  • 3+ Experience supporting physician-facing or peer-to-peer education programs in a regulated environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
