Job Description

Contract Manager

Scratch Financial

• Drafts, revises, redline, and negotiates communications-related commercial services agreements • Reviews contract change requests and ensures compliance with corporate policies • Drives high-volume transactional negotiations and compliance • Assists with contract amendments, renewals, terminations • Receives contract escalations and processes contract agreements • Manages contract workflow routing, approval tracking, and execution processes • Maintains accurate contract records and timely system updates • Coordinates execution via electronic signature platforms • Facilitates training on new processes and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) Required
  • 2+ years related experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts desired
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
  • Strong attention to data accuracy
  • Proficient in redlining documents using Microsoft Word
  • Experience with electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) preferred
  • Strong document management, version control, and contract tracking capabilities required
  • Previous knowledge of customer telecom/cable/technical industries a plus
  • Excellent inter-personal skills needed
  • Ability to manage a queue of high volume contracts
