Job Description

Senior Manager, Women's & Children Health

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc.

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Catalytic Opportunity Fund (COF) • Lead strategic thinking on the continuous evolution of the COF • Oversee COF design and how it is used and leveraged across the portfolio • Responsible for the ongoing management of the COF in line with market strategies and government priorities • Monitor funding tracks and iterate on design and eligibility criteria • Ensure the COF operates at maximum efficiency • Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management activities • Lead a team of 4 and act as the direct manager to the COF Manager and Senior Associate

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience or Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and drive program strategy in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record of building and sustaining relationships with donors, global partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex operational mechanisms or funding programs
  • Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills
