Associate Director, Advanced Surgery
Baxter International Inc.
• Developing value based solutions and relationships with key decision makers • Partnering with ASD & RMs to develop IDN growth strategies • Working collaboratively in the matrix and developing appropriate communication cadence • Creating and executing consistent quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Contributing to the RFP/RFI proposal strategy • Understanding Baxter policies for issue resolution • Attending conferences and translating customer learnings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare sales and contracting experience
- Proven success in leading multi-year complex sales and contract negotiation processes
- Knowledge of business drivers, clinical applications, and value proposition for Baxter products
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Excellent customer orientation and relationship development skills
- Executive presence, negotiation skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication ability
- Strong project and sales leadership skills
- Proven financial and strategic competence
- At least 50% travel required
