• Lead, mentor, and coach the talent acquisition team to meet and exceed hiring goals, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance. • Ensure the recruiting team provides a "white-glove" experience to all candidates and hiring managers. • Own the recruitment data cycle, including the delivery of comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting to track KPIs, pipeline health, and team productivity. • Build and maintain scalable, efficient processes that drive the team to consistently meet and exceed Time to Fill goals. • Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, utilizing your ability to influence and provide expert guidance to help leaders make critical talent decisions. • Directly manage and execute full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles and high-priority requisitions, providing additional hands-on support during periods of high volume. • Champion projects that enhance employer branding and the overall candidate experience. • Lead the team in sophisticated negotiation strategies, ensuring we remain competitive and successful in securing top-tier talent. • Continuously evaluate and iterate on the recruitment tech stack (Greenhouse, etc.) and sourcing methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends. • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and recruiting techniques to ensure we remain a competitive employer.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within fast-paced tech or consumer goods environments.
- You are an experienced people manager with a proven ability to coach and mentor a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
- You are a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships through empathy, integrity, and excellent communication.
- You possess the ability to quickly understand business priorities and provide creative hiring solutions.
- You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
