Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, ideally in a product-led or freemium environment
  • Expertise with AI tools that enable copywriting, email design and data analysis
  • Proven track record designing, deploying, and optimizing email programs that move user behavior metrics (activation, retention, conversion)
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one ESP/marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Sendgrid)
  • Serious data capabilities—able to pull insights, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and let results drive decisions
  • Can write clear, engaging copy and have a feel for layout and design (you don't need to be a designer, but you need good taste)
  • Experience mapping user journeys and identifying lifecycle touchpoints across multiple products or user segments
  • Flexible, well-organized, and experienced working in a fast-paced small company environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly written (as a remote company, we heavily emphasize written communication across all departments)
