Role Description Keeper is hiring a driven Senior Channel Strategy & Operations Analyst to join the Keeper Revenue Operations team. This is a 100% remote position. The Senior Channel Strategy & Operations Analyst plays a critical role in transforming partner activity into clear, trusted, and actionable insights for Sales leadership, Finance, and the executive team. - Own partner pipeline and revenue reporting, serving as the single source of truth for partner performance data - Define and maintain partner attribution metrics, including sourced, influenced, and co-sell motions, in alignment with Sales and Finance - Build and maintain standardized partner scorecards covering pipeline generation, revenue, win rates, ACV, sales cycle, and forecast accuracy - Integrate partner pipeline into weekly and monthly forecasting cadences and surface risks and upside to leadership - Support annual planning with partner contribution modeling and ROI analysis - Measure effectiveness and ROI of partner programs, MDF investments, and enablement initiatives - Partner with Partner Operations to drive data quality, governance, and consistent use of partner-related fields and definitions - Develop automated dashboards and exception reporting to proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies - Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations that inform partner prioritization and investment decisions Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Channel Operations and Channel programs in addition to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role - Advanced experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) - Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect data to revenue outcomes - Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders - Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and performance reporting for revenue teams - High attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset - Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Partner teams - Ability to challenge assumptions and advocate for data-driven decisions with confidence Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships) - Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life - Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance - 401k (Roth/Traditional) - A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)

This individual will serve as a scientific leader, convener, and connector—bringing together universities, research institutions, hospitals, and public and private partners to accelerate impactful research and effective implementation of the Dementia Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (DPRIT) priorities in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association. The ideal candidate combines scientific credibility with strategic thinking, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills. They will be highly collaborative, energetic, and comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders across academic, clinical, nonprofit, and government settings. This role requires regular statewide travel to participate in meetings, convenings, and partnership-building activities.
