• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of low- and medium-complexity projects under the supervision of the responsible team. • Assist in preparing and updating schedules, action plans, KPIs and progress reports. • Participate in alignment meetings, follow-up ceremonies and internal presentations, supporting the organization of agendas and recordkeeping. • Support risk mapping, monitoring of mitigation plans and communication of critical issues. • Contribute to adherence to methodologies, internal processes and project governance standards. • Support vendor and partner follow-up, when applicable. • Act as a point of support for communication between technical teams, business areas and external clients, ensuring information is organized and clear. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, suggesting optimizations in processes, workflows and operational routines.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Technology or related fields.
- Interest in developing a career in project management, PMO or agile environments.
- Good analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.
- Proactive profile, with good communication, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability for continuous learning.
- Interest in productivity tools, process automation or practical applications of AI.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

• Deploy logistics initiatives focused on continuous improvement and system standardization across WM, MRP, SD, PP, and MES. • Translate complex business logistics requirements into technical specifications; oversee configuration and implementation activities between operational and IT teams. • Own end-to-end logistics processes, defining key KPIs and ensuring long-term sustainability through rigorous process reviews. • Collaborate with the global "OneERP" team to support and execute the company’s long-term Logistics ERP strategy. • Drive organizational capability through user coaching, plant process reviews, and the identification of regional improvement opportunities. • Design and deliver training programs to ensure new SAP-driven processes are adopted and maintained globally. • Manage international projects that span Warehouse Management, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Serving as the client's ultimate internal advocate. • Creating and maintaining client-facing delivery schedules. • Tracking tasks and deliverables for his or her accounts on a monthly basis. • Working with the production teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief. • Serving as the gatekeeper for all production deliverables: Reviewing work to ensure it's on-brief and providing production with feedback and guidance whenever necessary. • Attending weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client check-ins. • Ensuring that content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly and effectively.
