Senior Revenue Marketing Manager

What You'll Do As a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth for high-growth businesses serving US-based customers. You will partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver full-funnel campaigns aligned to aggressive growth goals exceeding 50% year-over-year. This role sits within the Demand Generation team and reports to the Director of Demand Generation, playing a critical role in scaling predictable revenue in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. #LI-Remote What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will plan and execute multi-channel revenue marketing programs across inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and sales-aligned plays to support acquisition and expansion within US markets. You will collaborate closely with Sales and SDR leadership on targeting, messaging, and enablement to improve funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, and deal progression. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and bookings, using insights to optimize campaigns and support regular business reviews. What You'll Need to be Successful - 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management within SaaS or technology companies - Proven experience supporting high-growth businesses or segments operating at high growth rates - Demonstrated success executing campaigns for US-based audiences, with a strong understanding of US B2B buying motions and sales cycles - Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo or Eloqua), CRM systems (Salesforce), reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau), ABM orchestration tools (such as 6sense or Demandbase), and data tools (such as ZoomInfo or D&B) - Strong analytical, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership Avalara is an AI-first Company AI is embedded in our workflows, decision-making, and products.
