Regional Sales Manager, Stainless Steel Equipment – Hybrid Solutions
Stansell Electric Company, Inc.
• Responsible for top-line sales growth in the Southeast USA • Sell upstream and downstream process solutions to the Biopharmaceutical Industry • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients • Work with ABEC Business Development team for sales calls • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure alignment on account strategies • Represent ABEC at industry events and trade shows • Provide regular reporting of activities including forecasts and call reports • Identify and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
- Proven record of successful consultative sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years outside direct sales success
- Knowledge in one or all of the following industries: Engineering, manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals
- Ability to call on and influence decision makers in an organization
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive environments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong emphasis on listening and presenting appropriate solutions
- Fluent English speaking
